Like the name suggests, the place offers a tantalizing view of the tea estates which are layered on the sides of the hills. The name of this viewpoint is derived from a tea estate known as ‘Tingling’. A little on the outskirts of the town, The viewpoint is an 8km drive away from mirik and is a must visit for anyone who loves tea gardens. This viewpoint has the best view of the lush green tea garden of the district with misty clouds floating above them. Even though the view is relatively devoid of any commercial shops, there is a tiny eatery located over there where you will be able to get a steaming cup of tea and snacks. If you get time, you should also visit the nearby village named Sourenee, located over there. You will be able to get a glimpse into the life of the local people over there.
