In a day trip you can visit nearby tourist attractions from Lingsey like waterfalls (Dhoksing, Serveng waterfalls), Monasteries (Pellembo Lepcha, Sanga Choeling (Bhutia) and Sherpa Monastery), Museum & Subba Heritage House and temples (Hareshwar Shivalaya Mandir).
Lingsey is an offbeat travel destination in remote village at lap of Himalayan nature. Any commercialized hotel didn’t build here, only homestay accommodations at Lingsey are available. Local people has started homestay and sharing their rooms for travelers for night stay and to take rest.
Nearest railway station is New Jailpaiguri (NJP), well connected with rest of India with regular trains. Lingsey located just 104 kms . away from NJP. You also can reach Lingsey from Gangtok through Rhenock. Direct car is available from Siliguri, NJP and Gangtok. It is located at 25 km from Pedong and 51 km from Kalimpong.
