    Placed on the banks of balasun river, Dudhia is a small hamlet on the highway between siliguri and mirik. A picturesque village in the foothills of the Himalayas, this is Siliguri’s favorite picnic spot where you can stretch out in green meadows, take a dip in the gently flowing river or simply admire the rolling hills before you. The prime attraction of Dudhia is its immense natural beauty, peace and tranquility. Since the place is still unexplored, one can find a real glimpse of rural life and untouched nature at Dudhia. You can also visit Dudhia view point which offers a magnificent view of River Balason along with some military camps.

    As the major attraction of Dudhia is a jaw-dropping natural beauty, calm and tranquility, tourist always prefers it as a favored picnic spot. The shimmering Balason River flowing alongside and the hills of Mirik and Kurseong boost the beauty of this place. Here, you can spend some tranquil time alone and can even stroll around the tea gardens while accompanied by none other than nature. Moreover, you can even enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire place and Balason from Dudhia bridge and the viewpoint.

    By Air : Nearest airport to Dudhia is bagdogra airport , distance is approx 25km.

    By Train : Nearest railway station is NJP which is 38 km far from Dudhia

    By Road: Dudhia is quite close to Siliguri at an approximate distance of 27 km and it will take less than 1 hour to reach there.
